Waterproof camera case from the Make Flickr Pool
This is a great idea for sealing instruments from the wet.
I like these containers from Lock and Lock for making watertight enclosures. The silicone gaskets work really well, at a tiny fraction of the cost of a Pelican box. Of course, no adhesive (except one very expensive one from 3M) will stick to polypropylene, so the trick to making waterproof enclosures is to use plates sandwiched on either side, and a gasket.
