Roq la Rue – A Cabinet of Natural Curiosities
I dig this ole monkey captain with the salt-cured sailor skin by Davey. He looks like the only real sailor I’ve ever met, this guy named Chris who was a merchant marine from South Africa. Man, that guy’s skin was like dried up old leather. You had the feeling that he could no longer cut himself shaving, but probably broke a couple of blades each morning instead.
